However, all compiler invocations (and the relevant options under Options/Pascal are done using tools that can be defined under Options/Tools and Options/Variables). If you know the command-line invocation of FPC, you can enter it there. Also, the output of the compiler must be in GNU message format (see <http://www.gnu.org/prep/standards_15.html>), so PENG can display messages appropriately. Perhaps FPC does so, or has an option to. Otherwise you might have to convert them (see the included latexmsg script for an example of this for LaTeX -- which is probably far more different from GNU messages than most other programs, so other converters will be simpler).
