Under Dos, "prn" is a special file name that refers to the printer
("lpt1" is the same). I don't use Windows, but I suppose, either
that's not so anymore, or perhaps you tried is as a normal user and
don't have access permission. Can you find out what happens if you
try to write to "prn" on the command line ("echo foo > prn" or so),
and if "lpt1" works better (so I can change it in the next release)?

The items in those menus are defined by the (user-editable) tools.
In PENG 2.1 (unlike 2.0) default tools are built-in and
automatically activated when starting (except when using the "-N"
option), so this should not happen ...

Does it show any entries under /Options/Tools?

What happens if you use the "-d" option (i.e., "peng -d")? (If it
prints something, send just the first and last few lines, please.)
